1. Who may use this application

whynow Data is an internal tool operated by whynow for its own staff and authorised contractors. Access requires credentials issued by whynow. It is not available to the general public, and no right of access is granted to anyone else.

2. Permitted use

The application may be used only to connect accounts that whynow owns or is authorised to manage, and only for whynow's own internal purposes. You must not use it to access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, attempt to circumvent its access controls, or use it in breach of the terms of service or API terms of any connected platform.

3. Connected accounts

By connecting an account you confirm you are authorised to grant the access requested. You may disconnect at any time within the application, or revoke access directly with the platform provider.

4. Data

Handling of data accessed through the application is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and warranty

The application is provided on an "as is" basis for internal use. whynow gives no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and accepts no liability for loss arising from its use or from reliance on data it produces, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
