What this application is
whynow Data is internal software operated by whynow and used by its own staff. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public.
Data we access
The application accesses data only from accounts that whynow owns or is authorised to manage, and only after a whynow administrator explicitly connects such an account and authorises the access. It does not request or store the personal data of individual viewers or customers beyond the aggregated figures the connected platforms themselves return.
How it is used
Data is used solely for whynow's own internal purposes. It is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for advertising profiling, and it is not transferred to third parties except the infrastructure providers that host it on whynow's behalf.
Storage and retention
Collected data is stored within whynow's own private cloud accounts, with access restricted to authorised whynow staff. Access tokens are stored so scheduled syncs can run and are retained until the connection is removed. Data is retained for as long as it is needed for those internal purposes.
Google user data
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account access can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions page, which immediately stops any further access by this application.
Deleting data
Removing a connected account in this application deletes its stored credentials. To request deletion of collected data, contact your whynow administrator.
Contact
This application is used by whynow staff only. For any question about this policy, or to request deletion of collected data, contact your whynow administrator.
